We will collect personal information – Name, address, email and company if provided by you and store that information in your user profile to enable us to provide you with the membership services and contact you from time to time. If you subscribe to the newsletter we will also use the information to keep you informed of our activities via newsletter.
We will not pass on your information to third parties which are not involved directly in the services we provide to you as Jewelry Industry Summit.
Personal information can be seen, edited or deleted by you at any time and can be accessed on the www.jewelryindustrysummi.com/donate page. (With the exception of your user name). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Banking Information
We will collect banking information at the time of subscription such as credit card information. This information will only be stored so long as you continue to be a member of the Jewelry Industry Summit and can be deleted at any time by request to jewelryindustrysummit@gmail.com or by cancelling your membership.
We will not pass on your banking information to any third parties other than those required to execute the transactions associated with receipt of membership payments.
Banking information will be retained until your membership expires at which point it will be automatically deleted or until you decide to delete it, whichever comes first.
Banking information can be seen, edited or deleted by you at any time and can be accessed on the www.jewelryindustrysummit.com/donate page. (With the exception of your user name.)
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. We will do this within 21 days of receipt of request for deletion.
